 Khonkaen Rice Seed Center is one of 23 seed centers of the Rice Department, Ministry of the Agriculture and cooperatives. The center comprised of 2 Phases : Phase 1 : The center was founded under the seed production and multiplication project, under the Japanese bank loan. The operation began in 1986. Phase 2 : The equipped building was constructed, using the Thai government fund and started to operate in 2002.  To be a professional center in seed production and services with customer satisfaction.  Production of rice, and other seed, Selling seed Dissemination of seed technology and Services on - Seed quality test - Seed conditioning - Seed storage
